No! He's certainly no one I would want for my children to idolize. Whatever good he did was undone when he murdered his child.
I don't know what happened and neither does anyone else (except the investigators), but if he "accidentially" killed his wife, then he would deserve forgiveness if he owned up to what he did. I'm sorry to all you fans, but NO ONE who kills a child deserves any respect. For a 7 year old to last see his father smothering him after he killed his mother is absolutely disgusting and the murderer deserves no respect.
By the way, the police have a pretty good idea of the events or they wouldn't be releasing information (although vague) if they were not 100 % sure he was the murderer. They may not have an exact time line, but they do know what happened. And it makes perfect sense, why did Benoit cancel his appearance on Sunday saying there was a "family emergency", it was because he killed his family and was a coward and trying to figure out what to do about it. I say good riddance. Steroid induced-who cares?!

They didn't know at the time that it was a murder situation. Depends on the owner. Vince felt it was a good idea. He even gave up a stroy line they had worked on for weeks. It was a good show. Very respectful.
I just wish I'd never learned of the way his family had died. One can only imagine what was in his head at the time. Very tragic.
I have a 2 year old son. It hit me hard.

Yes. They didn't mention any details of what happened. Just what he spent his entire life doing they remembered because he was good at it and obviously touched hella people because he took over the Yahoo answers today and yesterday. He was a great wrestler. The showed what he did good. The little I love you Chris over and over though seemed choreographed.

Well, they jumped the gun on the show, I believe. They should have waited before praising him to find out the details. Everyone is going to think a lot different of him now.

If he certainly did kill his family contributors and then himself, his call should not be praised. this could nicely be a tragedy the two way, yet i think that if somebody loses the prefer to stay, he could desire to pass forward and relieve himself. Why take your loved ones with you. this is the main egocentric and heinous act a individual can do.

what do you mean praised? the guy was on roids and they tried to make it sound like it was something mental and that it had nothing to do with roids. they're trying to keep his reputation and THEIRS up. Cuz once the autopsy comes up and they find that he was full of roids they're going to look at the WWE for answers and they're trying their damndest to keep tredding water.

people seem to forget his "career" was fake just like the wrestling, it's like a soap opera, and they all used steroids, how do you think they got so big and looked so weird?????
