I had a couple jobs, but I was told if I stayed home and took care of the house, pool, and yard he'd pay me. the fact that I lived, slept, ate, showerd there and took care of everything was payment enuff. Now he has decided he wants me gone, maybe hes found someone else or for someother reason he wants me out, I have no job, no money, and nowhere to go, I left but now I can't even get my stuff, locks are changed. What are my rights?

If you have some sort of documentation that states you lived there - a rental agreement/deed would be best, you can take that to the police station. If you don't have that, see if you have any official mail (from companies, not from family) that's addressed to you at that address. The police will probably help even if you don't have proof that you lived there, but if they get there and he says "I don't know her", they can't do anything. Try and see what you can get proving you lived there before you call them.
The cops should be able to give you enough time to get your things. They do it in divorce cases all the time.

Unless your name appears on the lease or you had some kind of a written contract stating the terms of your living conditions there is not much you can do. Have you called this man to set up a time when you could pick up your things? Sounds like there might be some other thing going on. Hope I was of help. You might want to contact a lawyer.

You have lots of rights, for one he can't just kick you out with out filing an eviction with the courts, two if he has your property than that's theft and you can file a police report. in fact in some states living with someone that long is considered common law married, in which case he would have to file a divorce and possible pay you alimony.. file a police report for your things then talk to a lawyer!

Sounds like you should get a lawyer. It's possible that you may have been together long enough to have a commonlaw marriage (depending on your state) but it sounds like you at least have grounds for illegal eviction. If he throws your stuff out, damages it, or doesn't let you get the things that are rightly yours you can take him to small claims court.

There is no relationship here (bf/gf, engagement or marriage). You are just trading your household services for room and board. There is no rental agreement --written or verbal. Therefore, you have no right accorded to renters. In fact, you said he paid you. But you had no employment contract, did you? If you did, then he had to give you notices of termination and possibly severance. But doesn't look like you had any kind of contract here.
The only thing you can do is to ask for his decency to let you get your stuff. In principle, he can throw your stuff out.

I'm sorry you got kicked out. Let this be a lesson learned, honey. Why get the milk when you can get the cow for free?
Have you contacted this person and asked him if you can retrieve your stuff? You may want to ask for a police escort to the house, so there are no problems and you can get your stuff out.

you need to contact a lawyer. You def. have the right to get your stuff first of all, it is breach of contract if you are married to him, and if you own some stuff in there --you will get a share of it. That is odd I have to say because he can't just kick you out like that.

that has been your place of residence, where you receive mail, and you can go back there any time and live since your stuff is there. he would have to evict you if you push the issue. if you want to leave and get your stuff it is simple, go to the police and tell them and an officer will go with you and collect your stuff

Please don't pay attention to the "Milk/Cow" crap. What you had was a verbal contract and you may be entitled to palimony. Also, unless he gave you 30 days notice to vacate, it wrongful eviction. You'll have to go to court but you are not without rights simply because you weren't married.

My sympathy for you,if a door close to you ,another door will be open. I don't know what right you have? You have no agreement in black and white for the legal court to resolve.
