It depends on what PSP you purchased and when you bought your PC. Best Buy does offer both Accidental and Standard PSP's. If you purchased your laptop more than a year and a half ago, I would say most likely not. This is because Best Buy has not always offered accidental service plans.

There are two ways that you can find out for sure before you go in.
1) Call the store and speak with customer service. They will be able to look up your reciept and tell you exactly what service plan that you purchased and when it expaires.
2) Contact 888-BESTBUY. You can also get the same information, either for their customer service, or their service options.

Hope all of this helps.

I agree with those who stated that you should "read the warranty" most warranties do not cover any type of "abuse" which can be detected... Depends on how long you've had the laptop with the reg. warranty as well.... So, find your warranty READ the warranty and if you are still unsure call the store directly and speak with a manager see what he/she suggest and remember to write down there name as well....

How did it get cracked? Did it just gradually crack, or did you drop it? Read the copy of the whole warranty. See what the exclusions are. If you know what they won't cover, you can argue with them effectively. Good luck.

It should if you bought the accidental damage protection along with the warranty. I did because I'm the clumsiest person alive.
