Western secularism has created a decadent society that is loathed by the intolerant Muslims. What will happen? Will the Western secularist model with all it's freedoms be the future for the world?

every single cultural model man has thus far created, has failed, some more quickly than others, but all have failed. I suspect ours is no different and will ultimately go the way of the dodo as well. This too, shall pass.

I think secularism is going to wane.
The Muslims that are attacking hate the West not for the decadent society but the religious freedoms we enjoy.

As sometime we are going to have to confront the animal of Muslim terrorists with over whelming force. If not it will keep on going tell it gets strong enough to wipe us out.

So the West has to decide to end it now or later. Appeasement is not an option that will work.

I hope not. We could take a few lessons from the "intolerant muslims" and help ourselves. They are not wrong on every issue in my western democratic opinion.
