The shallow don't care for any analysis except for their own. In that regard you are right. But since they don't know why they are shallow they don't know them selves.

They only know they must dress for others. People who know themselves don't know there is a competition.

Absolutely not. Shallow people are vain and think the world of themselves. They consider themselves God's gift to the earth, when they are in fact the worst presence here possible.

I don't know about that... The shallow would only have to think a minute to know themselves, the complex and articulate know themselves over a lifetime.

I think that the shallow are much more willing to tell anyone about themselves...

lol

I know a shallow person and his life is a total mess I believe that he has no clue who or what he is and that is his problem hahaha....................I believe that the deep and loving and honest people of this world know themselves...........also when you KNOW others and take the time to Know others you know YOURSELF.............not like the shallow people out for their own gain and half the time they do not even know what they really want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. What has a shallow person got to know about themselves? It's rather an oxymoron, don't you think?

In the aspect that when Adam knew Eve, they had Cain, and then Adam knew Eve again and they had Abel! Do you suppose that when Socrates said "Know Thyself," that he meant that in the Biblical sense? And would that then make him a shallow person? Wow!

I don't presume to know how others know themself,
but it seems to me that details require contemplation
and deep thought. That said, knowing a general self
protocol can be considered as a useful yet shallow
summary of being. Therefore, knowing self is often
simple, it is explaining self to others which is complicated.

i believe that the modest know themselves. they accept what is said to them and keep their opinions to themselves. you are only what people make of you. if someone thinks you are beautiful, you are (at least to them). Etc...
