It takes a uterus, ovaries and a cervix- all of which are found only in women- to be able to have babies. Therefore only women can get pregnant and only women can have babies. Just think, how in the world would a woman be able to get HER eggs into your body to be fertilized by your sperm???? And where would you hold a developing fetus? Men simply can't have babies, even though they're some of them who wished they could be like a woman, and some of us women wish our husbands could carry a child, spare us the hardship.lol.
As for what you saw, that's just Arnold be the as*hole that he is.

You need to see a Doctor and then go to biology classes. Check with the Doctor to be sure you're upto it.

PS. I also recently saw a a Arnold Schwarzenegger documentary about how people could be sucked into the world of film characters. Now i'm wondering if this hasn't already happened to every human on earth because most of the world seems to be very much a violent action space oddity kind of place and most of the actors appear to be following foul language scripts focused on self-indulgence.

PPS. Good luck with the Doctor, mine said I was insane to even think I needed to be there and recommended I just get on with it - it's tough but i'm trying. gotta get back to rounding up all the dogs in the neibourhood for supper, it was the cats yesterday.

ACTUALLY, I saw a show on Discovery Health or one of those stations called Extraordinary Pregnancies (or something like that) about a woman who was pregnant with triplets, and while two of them were in the womb normally, one of them implanted OUTSIDE the womb somehow. The placenta of this baby attached itself to her organs for a blood supply. It just grew in her abdomen. The babies were all delivered by c-section at like 27wks or something, but all were OK. Doctors have said that this shows that it "may" be possible for a man to carry to a child someday, because you don't necessarily need a uterus to do it.

So even though you are being a smartass by asking this question, maybe someday it'll be possible, and then us women can point and laugh.

Currently, men cannot become pregnant or bear a child. It is impossible because a biological male does not have ovaries, uterus or vagina. All those structures are required for natural childbirth.

However, if you play the popular PC game, Sims 2, a male can be abducted by aliens and give birth to a half-human, half-alien baby.

It is impossible for a guy to become pregnant. A guy does not have the equipment to have a baby.

Also I think it would hurt more if a guy gave birth. I mean a baby going through the butthole lol.

Oh yeah - the so-called "guy" that became fairly born a woman yet took hormones later in lifestyles to enhance some facial hair, benefit some muscle tissues, and decrease the voice?? That tale became so overblown - its no longer fairly a guy in any respect. This person in no way had a intercourse exchange operation because of the fact she needed to maintain the alternative open for having babies of her own.

well, it is possible to have a fetus implanted into a male, but the male body would have no way of providing netrients and oxygen to the fetus. so the fetus would die within a day or two.

so yes, it is possible for a male to be pregnent, just not to carry the fetus full term.
