I would say ebay, but it would be worth more if you have a certificate of authencity.
I think the consignment shop is a better idea.
If he has a fan site (and I'll wager he does) - you might try to post there that you have a autograph to sell.

Ebay...but unless Ashton Kutcher dies tommorow in a freak sex accident involving Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, I woudn't expect to get more than a few bucks for it at most.
