You are right! Who cares if Benoit was an awesomely famous wrestler? Who cares if he was the president of the freaking United States? If it is proven that he did indeed kill his wife and 7 year old son, that man is a piece of crap and deserves to rot! Have a tribute for him? That's the craziest thing I've ever heard! What don't we have a tribute for John Wilkes Boothe or James Earl Ray? That's how absurd a tribute to Benoit is. A murderer is a murderer regardless of how many people liked him or how good he was at his job. So what are we going to do, celebrate Benoit Day and carry around posters or wear little pins with photos of his dead wife and son? That's freaking crazy and insane. If he's found guilty he should be remembered as a killer not some twisted martyr to the wrestling community.

What I find hillarious is that everytime a wrestler passes away all the sudden people who couldn't tell you a damn thing about that wrestler is all the sudden one of their all time favorites. It happened with Owen Hart, Ediie, and now with Benoit. Fact of the matter is Benoit is a damn woman, and baby killer, I hope he rots in hell for this. I sat thru 3 hours of tributes last night listening to everyone talk bout how he was a great family man and father, And I actually got teary eyed over him, then to come to work today and see that he is a damned murderer, forget him, he's not worth the wasted breath as far as I am concearned.

HE DIDN'T KILL THEM.
They have YET to _actually_ prove that it was a double murder-suicide. Do you not get this?
December, 2005: Eddie Guerrero is FOUND DEAD. They ruled it out as a "heart attack".
June 2007: Chris Benoit and his family are FOUND DEAD. They're ruling it out as a "double murder-suicide".
Recently, as well, RVD and Shawn Michaels have suffered from legit (real) concussions. Does any of this seem unusual to you? Something is going on, and someone is covering it up.

Granted, Benoit did something that was very out of character for him. Something personal was going on and he snapped. But he's not here to explain why he did what he did. There are things that many of us do that other don't like. We should not judge Benoit, God will do that. What about his accomplishments in wrestling. Are y'all going to ignore that?Let's just think about his wrestling career and how much we enjoyed seeing him wrestle every week.
Every great man has a dark past!

I hope they do complete the vince is dead angle! hes a loser! and probably upset because they would never make him a real champion again (we all know ecw champion doesnt mean Sh*t) I was never really a fan. i was sorry to hear he died at first but now knowing that he strangled his wife, smothered his kid and them hung himself makes me think he was a peice of SH+-TTT

I believe differently, don't know why but if he killed him self maybe my thought is he walked in on his wife and kid found them dead and decided he couldn't live with out them so he hung himself. Either that or if someone killed them they hung Chris to make it look like he has killed them and then hung himself. I just don't see how anyone could do that to their own family.

I agree. I don't think they should honor a man that killed his family. The only way I would honor him is after they can prove he wasn't involved in killing his wife and kid.
