Actually mangaku sharingan to be exact is what tired out kakshi and he isn't void of all emotion it just seemed that way in the beginning until they saw that weird picture book that he had and also his technique is to making his drawings come to life and his mission is to kill sasuke because they think he is too dangerous but 1.I don't think he could and
2. he refrained from doing it because of what naruto said.
and if you watch it in the first ep of shippuuden in the beginning he's the really white guy that was with them you only see him for a little and in the back but you get the picture and you should be seeing him in another mmmmmm say 10 episodes yes that should be about it they don't waste THAT much time in this mission.

Sai is a character who uses art to attack and he went on mission with team 7 and was suppose to help them rescue Sasuke but his true motive was to kill sasuke..but changed his mind and know he is apart of team 7. he was taught not to have any emotions so its hard for him to go along with the teamwork thing so he tries to read books and stuff so he can become more socialable with the rest of the squad.
