basically you work you get paid you don't you don't get paid and no payment on holidays or forced days off either or any benifts my hours were cut down to 39 hours and 50 minuets a week and yes i been trying to get a new job for a long time

I work at a place that pays us with paychecks that aren't good.
It's happened to all of us. The employer just turns around and pays another "good" check to whomever it happened to.
Also, my employer lied to me twice. I was asked to fill out some "dummy" insurance paperwork. He said the more people enrolling would give them a better rate. We all did this without knowing the rate. He said we could decide afterwards. Well, weeks later, I received a letter from the insurance company an "explanation of benefits". Also, I was told of two raises by now but of course the company doesn't have the funds now...
So yes, I totally understand what you are going through and I am sorry.
