A boy opened a condom at a park while playing with my son, and they blew it up like a balloon, I was horrified when my dad told me because I didn't find out until later, that it came out of a wrapper, supposedly, so said my 6 yr old, upon investigating. He said the wrapper had a dragon on it
There for a couple hours we thought it might have been used. I was freaking out big time.
