Yes! That is something that is happening to me right now. I met someone on Yahoo Questions and Answers and immediately felt a bond. It i in the developmental stage, but no matter what, I hope that I have made a good friend.

Yes! Definitely! I am close friends with 5 people - two I met in MySpace and three I met in a chat room. We even send one another little gifts- one of my friends even bought me a ticket to a concert I REALLY wanted to go to as a birthday present. (I was really shocked someone would be such a great friend.) All of these friends told me I was very easy to talk to, and it was like we'd known one another forever. So, if you're careful online, you CAN really make some lifelong friends.

Yes, plenty of times. There is a person or 2 here at this site, a few friends I've met on myspace are truly my friends and many friendly phone acquaintances have brightened my life.

yes i did. Personality is usually what attracts a lot of people to each other not just appearal. So i feel a lot of connections with people that i can not meet in person, it makes it a bit more interesting if you ask me.

Yeah, I too am a victim of this mental aberration ,
hallucination not only with persons but even with places &
things & actions too.
I know it is an unacceptable self-deception that I can't do
without & I'm happy for living in & dreaming of a fool's
paradise!
However, a paradise is a paradise, real or imaginary!
Sugar is sweet even in dreams!

certainly one, whom I linked with over 9 years in the past online and characteristic met frequently for the final 8 years. a pair others with whom I frequently digital mail and chat on the telephone. they are super acquaintances.
