I don't know about any companies where that is their business, but your local film alliance does post for extra work on their site! They have a call right now for a Tyler Perry project as well as a couple other films! Check it out :-)

You need to get the name of the Casting Director that casts Extras in movies.
Call SAG and ask for the name of the Casting director for Extras
