Yes, I did. People with werewolf syndrome or hypertrichosis have excessive body hair. It can be all over the body or in more precise areas and sometimes on the limbs and torso only. Cases vary from mild or severe. Very few individuals have been reported with werewolf syndrome. It is believed to be genetic. In the past, werewolves could be seen in "freak shows" or similar places. The area where most cases have been reported is Mexico.

Yeah I've seen some tv shows about this. The actual name of it is Hypertrichosis, and it's when a person has excessive, thick body hair that can grow on the torso, arms, legs, and face. It's very rare though only seen in about 1 out of a 10 billion people. And there are only 19 known people that currently have it. If it's not very severe it can be removed through waxing or laser treatment.

Hypertrichosis or werewolf syndrome is a medical term referring to a condition of excessive body hair. It can be generalized, symmetrically affecting most of the torso and limbs, or localized, affecting an area of skin. It may be mild or severe. In most cases, the term is used to refer to an above-average amount of normal body hair that is unwanted and is an aspect of human variability.
In medical practice, once generalized hypertrichosis has been distinguished from hirsutism, it is most often considered a variation of normal, primarily resulting from genetic factors.
Most of the people recently featured in the media with hypertrichosis are from the Aceves clan of Loreto, Zacatecas, Mexico, some of whom have emigrated to the United States. Many of them have worked for circuses. The brothers Victor Ramon "Danny" Ramos and Gabriel "Larry" Ramos have worked as acrobats. Their cousins, Jesus "Chuy" Aceves and his sister, Lili, have worked in sideshows.
Although the statistic has been cited that this only occurs for 1 out of 10 billion people[1], 19 people alive today have hypertrichosis[citation needed], out of ~6.5 billion people in the world, makes for an average of 1 in 340 million.

I have heard of this rather disfiguring syndrome. It causes hair to cover the body and face of both males and females who are affected with this defect. It often leads its sufferers to lead a life of isolation as a social outcast.
