i know what the question mean - because i'm clever like that.....
and no they wont win the Premiership as none of them are good enough, and West Ham should be in The Championship anyhow as they fielded an ineligible player !!!!
A punishment for Bury (thrown out of the FA Cup) should be the same for West ham - but dont get me started!!!!

west ham, fulham, boro, derby -- looks like you've listed the teams that will be fighting in the relegation battle rather than winning the premiership!
and hooliganism is everywhere. i am not surprised at football's violence.
