Do you have a filter??? What type of fish do you have??? Did you cycle the tank before adding fish???

Like Magic said, it could be a bacterial bloom. If you didn't cycle the tank, this may be the reason. It should clear up soon. All it is is the bacteria is breaking down to fit the tank and fish requirements. I didn't cycle my tank first and this happened to me. I did a water change (10% to 30%) every Wedn and Sat for 3 weeks now I do it every Saturday. It cleared up within a week.

You can do a 20% water change daily if you like, but it probably won't cure the cloudiness problem.

Cloudiness in a tank can come from several causes and without more informaiton it would be impossible to be sure what is causing it in your tank, but the most common is a bacterial bloom which appears as a milky color in the water. The best course of action in this case is to simply do nothing. The bacteria (which you want in the tank) will eventually grow on the surfaces inside the tankand in your filter. Once that happens the bacteria in the water will die and the water will become clear again.
