Benoit.........?

Question

I am a big fan of Chris Benoit, but i am not blind to the facts either.
and as much as it pains me too say, i think he did it. but these are my reasons that think maybe he did/didnt.

Guilty
1)He missed shows
2)he called in (alibi)
3)people have killed their kids before
4)he was "Quiet"
5) steroid rage
6) Police found Evidence
7) He Snapped

Not Guilty
1) He called in (maybe they were ill)
2) He loved his kids, basically they were his life
3) He loved wrestling 2 much, he must have known this would have DESTROYED his Legacy and everything he stood for.
4) Maybe the police made a mistake (Tupac/ B.I.G)
5) Framed

Well thats all i can think of right now, im still a little in shock.
But i just have a gut feeling something is not right here....

What do you people think? give a reason, dont just accuse.

Personally, I don't think Benoit did it. Hearing the wrestlers that knew him talk about how his family and WWE was his life. I just can't see him doing something like this. I don't know what it is but somethings very fishy, but it is just a feeling.

i think the reason he killed his son daniel is that he didn't want anybody to raise his son. Daniel had fragile X syndrome, and that means he had developmental disability or if some prefer, he was "retarded". Daniel was not develping phycially well;he was not growing at a normal rate as an ordinary child would, and Benoit had been giving him steroids. Benoit killed daniel after he killed his wife because he chose to try to hide his son's medical conditons. He didn't want people to know...... call me naive or whatever, i think benoit only had problems with his wife, and i don't think steroids was the cause of his sudden ourburst. always hate to see a role model like benoit has his legacy tarnished by a tragic flaw. especially if you live in canada and have looked up to benoit for years. this is a major wake up call for those people who think for even a second that some human beings actually live above pain and flows that we posess in our lives, and for people who go through life looking for perfection. i also think that benoit was angry about being made by the wwe's storyline writers to drop his ecw camp title to johnny nitro, a no name jobber. this may have also triggered the homicide.

Ok first of all we should rule the steroid rage thing out,it is reported on wwe.com that the police found no trace of steroids in his body and that the way his wife and kid was murdered didnt show rage but that he wanted to do it(i forget the word).also i he left a bible next to the bodies this too doesnt show rage.My guess is as good as everyone elses,but i heard that his wife and son were sick.So maybe it was a terminal disease like cancer for example,and he couldnt live with it so he killed them and then commited suicide.For more information on this terible terible tragedy(for whatever reason it happened)go to wwe.com P.S:I really dont believe Benoit did it from hate but as said before my guess is as good as everyone else's. I believe that he did it. People do stuff like this all the time and now nobody wants to believe it because he was adored.The fact that the police are so sure it was him that they are not even looking into the possibility of suspects tells me that it is an open and shut case. As for her deserving to die, regardless of what she did nobody deserves to be murdered. Cheating is a whole different thing then murder and just because it may be immoral does not mean that anyone has the right to take someones life. It is also not just women, look at all the men who get run over by their cars, their you know whats chopped off, and murdered in their sleep because they were caught cheating. People who murder are crazy, people who cheat just lack character. They have also said that he strangled his wife Saturday, smothered his son in bed on sunday and even texted people while his son was still alive during the fight, and then hung himself on Monday.

Well, you don't want to believe that he would do that to his kid...but if he did, what he was probably thinking is he didn't want his kid to be left alone in the world, so he took him with him...or else it was a case of steroid rage...which means he lost it and didn't know what he was doing when he did it under the influence of the steroids...Either way, it is still tragic...I tend to believe we are going to find out he had steroids in his system, and that was a factor...

This is all true, yet, you can never get inside a man (or women's) head. Just like the Virginia Tech Massacre, it is hard to answer the "why?". I think the only person who will ever know is him, his wife, and kids. We will probably never know the truth because he is a celebrity and police investigations can be misleading or corrupt.

it's hard to think that someone would kill their own children or spouses, but sadly true.

and i don't think it was steroid rage. it seemed pre-meditated. there were bibles next to his wife and son. maybe he didn't do it. it's possible he went home, found their bodies, placed the bibles, then in grief killed himself.

as for the police, they're not positive what happened. they're going on appearances right now, but in time they might find a clue that clears chris' name. or not. we'll know in time.

Half/Half. He loved his kid and X wife, but it could've been steroid rage. Or his kid did something, like misbehaved or something and it just got him mad or something. Or, the police could have made a mistake, but who knows? We just have to wait for the autopsy results I guess.

i am on the fence because i do not think he did it just for the fact he seemed to me to genuinely care for his wife and kids. and for him to just take his son life is beyond me. if he did do it he was under the influence of something and was not in his right mind. i do not condone what he did or did not do but i am for a lost of words.

Unfortunately, preliminary investigations indicate that he killed his wife, then his son and was in the house alone for a few days WITH THE BODIES before he killed himself.
