Can someone tell me what was the reason for the assassination of John F. Kennedy?

I want to know why was the president shot? Was the U.S. government involved? If so, why did they not like him? And who was the man that shot him? Is he a live? Was he brought to justice or no? Thanks for your time!

Lee Harvey Oswald shot President Kennedy. The exact motive was never determined because Oswald was shot shortly after being taken custody with little time to determine his motives. It is known that Oswald was a Marxist which probably had something to do with it.

Some say the the Vice President, Lyndon Johnson, who did have a checkered past, was so ambitious that he wanted to be president and he helped engineer a vast conspiracy. Then a couple days later while he was being walked past a crowd of press and onlookers while going to an arraignment he was shot by, Jack Ruby, a dallas strip club owner. Oswald is the only person ever charged or about to be charged with JFK's death.

I don't know the answers to most of your questions as statements of fact, but I will be happy to give you my opinion on the matter.

I believe Kennedy was assassinated in a plot which involved the CIA and the Mafia. Both had their reasons for wanting him dead.

Mafia - The Kennedy administration was making life very difficult for the mafia, especially AG Robert Kennedy. This was occurring after the mafia helped sway the election for Kennedy. They could not kill Bobby because of possible retaliation. So they kill Jack.

CIA - The war in Vietnam was just beginning. The CIA wanted to fight this war, but Kennedy was in the early stages of beginning troop withdrawals. The CIA did not trust Kennedy after the fiasco which occurred when he withheld air cover for the Bay Of Pigs invasion. It also should not escape the notice of anyone that one of Johnson's first acts on assuming the Presidency was to escalate the war.

The CIA provided logistical support for the assassination and the Mafia provided the shooters.

As for who shot Kennedy? The answer is Lee Harvey Oswald. I do believe there were probably other assassins along the route and possibly even in Dealey Plaza that day, but Oswald fired the fatal shot. This is why it was necessary to eliminate Oswald so he could never be questioned publicly.

It depends on who you ask. There are all kinds of theories out there. Personally I think it was done by our own CIA. For what reason? Well there are theories on that as well. Some say it was for oil, others say it was because of the Kennedy crackdown on the organized crime syndicates. Still others think it was done because of the Bay of Pigs in Cuba and it was done with the authority of the CIA and KBG. Someday, if you get a chance, go to Dallas, TX and see the School Book Depository Museum on the West side. That will make you take a second look at our government and what some agencies do. There are several reasons and all of them have to do with Big Business, Big Banking and the take over of the Government by big business.

JFK started printing Money (Silver Certificates) in 1962 which was a major threat to the Private "Federal Reserve Bank" since WE pay them interest on every Dollar they print.

After "the Bay of Pigs" JFK vowed "to break the CIA into a thousand pieces" an obvious threat to an agency that doesn't like oversight let alone outright threats.

As part of the CIA breakup JFK and RFK had to also go after "organized crime" because the Mafia and the CIA are joined at the hip.

On top of all that JFK also announced he would withdraw all (about 12,000 in 1963) US combat troops from Vietnam by 1965 thus ending the Vietnam War before it really got started. A major threat to "the Military-Industrial Complex" that Eisenhower warned was taking over the government in his last speech in 1961. Not a coincidence that LBJ also owned a majority of Bell Helicopters who sold the government 150,000 helicopters during Vietnam.

One last thing is that LBJ was the subject of two separate investigations which would have put him in prison had JFK not been murdered and LBJ become president. The investigations were dropped because of "national security" (you can't put the president in prison in the middle of the "cold war" and the cranking up of Vietnam).

As for Oswald there has always been ample evidence he worked for CIA and there is recent evidence he was working for FBI in the "CIA breakup" project in 1963. According to the recent confessions and other information Oswald never shot a gun on Nov. 22nd 1963. Oswald was screaming "I'm being setup...I'm a patsy" the day before Jack Ruby (local Mafia figure) shot him on live TV.

As for Jack Ruby he was sent to prison and died of cancer in 1967. Ruby claimed to anyone who would listen that he was "given" (injected with) the cancer by elements in CIA.

Oddly enough in 2006 a girlfriend of Oswald's from 1962/63 also made a "confession" as to what she knew and how she knew it and it turns out she met Oswald in New Orleans when she was working on her doctorate in Immunology and working for CIA on an "inject able Cancer" to assassinate Fidel Castro.

Oh and the guy who really took the "fatal head shot" is named James Files he is a Mafia hit man from Chicago. He was on "the grassy knoll" behind the wooden fence in a parking lot shooting from in front of the limo. There was another shooter (Johnny Rosselli Chicago hit man contracted by CIA to assassinate Castro in 1961) on the opposite "grassy knoll" and Files' "boss" Mr. Nicolette (also from Chicago) shooting from the building (facing into Dealey Plaza) across the street from "the school book depository".
