She has always been a productive member of society. She works as a model and actress and pays taxes. But will she start to be a good influence? Well, who knows.

You pretty much took my answer and answered your own question. I expect it will have to do with how much $$$ she is paid not to be productive or act silly.
I wish she would change for the better though.

i think her chances would've been higher if she had to do her time, but hopefully the threat of jailtime was enough of a reality check
