Dick Cheney is indeed above the law. A secret amendment has been added to the constitution the is known only to a select few--not even the President knows, but that's because he "Really doesn't spend a whole lot of time" on constitutional issues and was concentrating on a golf shot when he was informed by the CIA.

Can you give examples of laws that Cheney has blatantly disregarded? To my knowledge, everything that he, and the majority of the administration, for that matter, has done is within the bounds of legality. Now, not all of it is necessarily ethical, I'll agree, but it is not illegal. Same goes with Alberto Gonzalez and the attorney firings, etc. They haven't committed real crimes, like perjury, or obstruction of justice, which, may I remind you, the former President DID get away with!

If I had screwed up as bad as GWB, I would have been fired years ago. I am outraged the he, Cheney, Gonzalez et.al are getting away with what they are getting away with.

Budgie. Paris Hiltons crimes have not cost tens of thousands of inocent lives. Unfortunatly, we live in a country that pays more attention to that kind of fluff news than it does to the goings on of the powerfull in this country.
This is deliberate media manipulation. the same forces that are proffiting from teh Iraq war, also own the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, Fox, CBS, CNN, NBC, ABC. . .

Can I just point out that I begged and pleaded with people not to vote for these two assclowns - during both elections? How many times do you need a Bush to lie to you before you realize that the Bushes are liars?
I used to think GW was the antichrist, but I'm starting to think Cheney is.

No. What i want to be attentive to is what number secrets and techniques he's hiding from his different jobs. what number administrations are in touch.
