alot of people suffer from that dilemma. if you can't be true to yourself, then who are you really???

I know someone who tries to pretend they're something else, but I learned how to see right through the act a long time ago. I I think everyone probably does it at some point in their lives. It's the people who continue to do it that worry me.....

Many military members have to pretend to be straight. I did so for 20 years as a combat linguist and interrogator in the Special Forces. There are many gay soldiers and Marines who hide behind this Masquerade, so that they may serve this country. Some of the best soldiers and Marines I've ever worked with were superior at their jobs, and they were gay. It matters not; however, they get up every day and pretend to be something they are not: straight.

I think you have to remember that when we were in the womb we all started out the same. I know what you are trying to say, people that put on a false persona, yes we are on Yahoo answers aren't we. I don't worry about other people too much, like the guy that wants to blow his brains out, it is a ploy for attention and it seems to work.

Yes I do. She is the biggest idiot at my school. She believes she is all that and she is an ugly, fat, abusive woman.
