If it is a 2dr Grand Vitara, it is a 4-seat car.
Your registration document will state it has 4 seats, and your insurance will cover you for a driver and up to 3 passengers.

By adding an additional seatbelt, your insurance company will consider the car to be "modified", and may withdraw cover or insist on an additional premium. You will not be covered to carry an additional passenger.
The car has not been designed to take the loads an additional passenger would apply to the seatbelt mounting points in case of an accident.
You may also be breaking the law by carrying an additional passenger to that stated on your registration document.
