im 17 and i want to get married, i told my mom that i was going to get married but she started to argue with me she said that i can't get married without her permision she also said that my boyfriend can get in trouble if we get married (my boyfrien is going to be 18 in sep.) i really want to get married but i dont know how old do you have to be to get married in without parents concent!! can somebody please help me!!!

You must be 18 to marry without your parents' consent.
Age of consent for sexual relations is 17.

You have to be 18, unless you file for emancipation with you local county civil or family court, and are granted it. As far as the answer that said your boyfriend could be charged with statutory rape once he's 18, that is not true. You are already above the age of consent.

Trust me, you are way too young! Listen to your parents. And when he turns 18 and sleeps with you, your parents can have him arrested for statutory rape. Then he will be in jail.

please don't get married yet. you and he,have along life ahead of you. go have fun and explore things. But if you think you need to marry, please don't have babies yet. They are very cute and very sweet,but they also take your life from you. Everything you do will depend on that baby.
