I've got my fundamentals down and arms and stuff, but I'm wondering if there are any secrets to make them higher?? Toe touch, right and left hurky?? Thanks!! =)

I don't recommend jumping with weights. You are at a much higher risk of a strain, pull, or tear if you use them, then you'll be sidelined for weeks or even months.

Just do ten of every jump you know every day. Also stretch everyday to get a better body position in the air. And do stomach crunches because it's your belly that pulls up your legs in a lot of jumps.

My daughter practices hers on the trampoline, which helps her work on letting her legs go up as far as possible because of the bounce.

You can also practice them with ankle weights on. As you get used to jumping with the additional weight, when you take them off, you'll jump with more power and then your jumps will be higher.

what i did is i jumped in place like 3 times and then do the jump.
