They say it does but I don't believe it has to, I believe that if you try and try to make the best of a situation that it will always come out good in the end you just have to apply your self and give it your all, if you put you heart and soul into something and believe in it enough there is no way it could ever come to a bad end if it is truly meant to be you have to give110% of youself in order to succeed and we all are capable of doing this if we just apply ourselves. So, no I believe that all good things can out smart the bad!
