If you have an anti-virus you just scan for it and when it pops up you delete it. If you do not have an anti-virus if you have windows XP or Vista you can reset your computer to an earlier date before you got the virus. Then your last resort is if you know what file the virus is in you could try deleting it although you want to be careful you don't want to delete and important file.

download an anti-virus on your computer!!!! it will scan once a day whenever you want and if you get nortan anti virus it will get rid of spy-ware too!
