The Internet would be the ideal place, but I understand why you wouldn't want to do it.
I also suggest taking it to a local dance school and donating or selling them.
Maybe you can even refurbish them into outfits you can wear.
Good Luck

Have you thought about a garage sale or possible a
second hand store that sells things on consignment. You
would be amazed at the things people will buy at a garage
sale. You can name your price and if you have to dicker,
that's alright, too. It is a lot of hard work and you may want
to enlist your friends to help in exchange for a costume of
their choice. Just a thought. We live in an apartment and
have no place to do anything like that. But, it could be a lot
of fun and profitable, too.

you need to go to a costume shop, not the kind that sell cheap halloween costumes, but the kind that rent them to theaters. They might take them off your hands for a good price. I used to work in an antique store that around Halloween we rented out costumes. My boss was always looking for different costumes and she would pay top dollar for them. I also suggest have a yard sale 1-2 months before halloween.

You could donate them to a charity, but it may also be fun for you to give them to the little children in your life. Children love to play dress up and would think a costume to be a rare and wonderful gift.

You could always donate them to a needy dance school or a school that puts on a lot of plays. You may not get any money, but you know they will be going to a good cause.

Questions, but no clues.
Where do you live? If you live in Los Angeles, take them down to Melrose to those funky clothing stores - the smaller one's are owned by designers who'll snatch them up and re-make them.

You could donate them to a college dance club, or to some other kind of underfunded dance organization.
