Basketball Pressuring?

According to Fiba rules, pressuring a ball is it a personal foul ? All i wanna ask is, is it a foul ? I've checked the rules on Fiba.com but never state that it is a foul.

But a Fiba referee told me that it is not a foul unless i hit the guy's hand

I don't think so. Since u have 2 b aggressive in playing basketball, then there has 2 b a lot of pressure on it in order 2 have a good grip of d ball.
