Yeuuch! That's just plain disgusting. About the only person I'd eat or drink after is my husband, and that's it.
But a co-worker? Not a chance! I'm afraid you're a lot more patient than I am. I would have either told them to stop immediately or else filed a complaint.

apparently you've never been in a situation where you'd have to eat or drink after somebody. I've been to war, if somebody has water and you don't, you share, it's that simple. I've also raised two children, and of course, I've eaten after them and still do. so I guess my answer is, YES I would.

Yuck, nope I don't allow that.
I guess you could keep an extra fork available and just hand them that if they want to taste.
Hide the drink so they don't taste it.

You obviously were never in a combat situation. During WW2, we ate out of each others plates and drank out of each others water bottles. No one I knew ever died from it, they died of bullets hitting their mark.

I would not like to eat the food after anyone has touched it or ate some of my food.

I might share with a spouse or significant other (whom I'm hopefully swapping germs with anyway), but anyone else, no.
