what about sensational Sherri??????

i know that chris benoit died i am sad about it. he died in the middle of vinces 'death' storyline and so did sensational sherri. but why is it when benoit died vince admitted that him dieing for chris. he could have stopped it like weeks back and have a tribute for her. i love chris benoit as much as the next guy but it was very poor how wwe treated sensational sherris death. sorry i keep saying sensational sherri but i dont know her real name. .is vince respecting the dead because he didnt pay tribute to sensational sherri so it shows how much vince respects the dead. why couldnt he admit it was fake when sherri died???

I agree with you whole heartedly. Sherri was a wonderful person both inside and outside the ring. I don't understand it either. I think they didn't stop it when she died because she was no longer in the WWE. Chris Benoit on the other hand was on the roster and a very very loved wrestler. I don't understand though. Why didn't Vince stop this for Sensational Sherri? Why did Benoit kill his family (if he actually did)? What in the world is going on? Its really sad though.

Actually Sherri's death did come as a surpise to me because she was only 49 years old. Only 9 years older than Benoit. But none the less she was not on the roster and Benoit was.

Sherri was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame last year for her great contributions to the business. I have yet to meet anyone who disagreed with this. Why? Because she was one of the few performers (male or female) who proved great both inside the ring and out. Despite the acknowledgement, why did the WWE run such a short mention of her passing? Well, apparently most of the creative staff felt that her "real" death would interfere with the "fake" death story line. Fortunately a dedicated few (which I have heard included Michael Hayes) were able to get the short (I hope you didn't blink) tribute that they did show. For the last decade she was mostly only working in the "minor leagues" of pro wrestling but she was still doing what she enjoyed and was giving back to the fans. She will be missed and continue to be loved. 49 is certainly not a "ripe old age" to die.

I think it is sad the way sherri died too they are also saying that sherri died under odd circumstances and that is strange too . It seems as though benoit took his family's life and then his own . it is still under investigation just like sherris death . I hope that if someone did kill them they find them . I wonder how chris jericho is taking all of this he and benoit were personal child hood friends . That has got to be a shock to everyone . good luck to you .

Chris Benoit was an active competitor. His death was much more shocking because he was competing on TV on a regular basis. No one would ever suspect that we would die. Sherri on the other hand, has not been on WWE TV for over a decade so her death is really not shocking as Chris.

Death is treated differently when death by natural causes and death by Murder suicide. She died of a nice ripe old age and he and his family died tragically.
