My Girlfriend is 7 1/2 months pregnant. Like most woman I'm sure, she is feeling fat and unattractive. It seems like no matter what I do, I can't help her feel sexy? What should I do to help her?

She's prgnant. She can't drink wine. That would just piss her off.

Pictures? not this girl. I couldn't even get her to take pictures b4 she was pregnant. And I'm trying to get her into the sack. I just want her to feel good about herself.

It's not just a verbal thing, everyone is saying "tell her" but it's an action too, show her she's sexy, show her you desire her (but not just for sex). Touch her, tell her that she turns you on, and how sexy you think she is being a mom, carrying your guys' baby, touch her belly a lot, and don't give up, more and more just keep touching her, and telling her how beautiful she is. I wouldn't suggest planning something that she needs to dress up for, because trying to dress up nice makes me feel even more unattractive (currently pregnant with my first). Rub her head and back and feet for her, sweet talk her and just keep touching her, touching her will let her know that you think she's beautiful, that you want to touch her. When I have my "fat" days, if my husband goes out of his way to stroke my belly or legs or soemthing, and shows that he desires me it helps in soo many ways.
Something that might really help, take her out to get a manicure, pedicure, hair wash/style/dye whatever she wants. That helped me a lot getting a "makeover" but bring it up in a way that she knows you love the way she looks, but maybe for her refreshment, maybe a girls day at the spa with massages or something for her and her best of friends.
Good luck to you, sounds like your a great guy.
If she's not interested still, just know that she won't be pregnant forever, and her body is going through soo many changes it is sometimes hard for woman.

This is your job to make her feel beautiful and sexy. Compliment her everyday. Let her know how beautiful she is to you. ANd how much you love her. Tell her all the nice things there is to say. She will eventually get it through her head and start feeling more better about herself. That's what my BF do to me and I'm only 24 weeks pregnant. It helps..just take a bit of time for some women.

Maybe I'm an anomaly, but I don't buy into our society's definition that skinny = sexy. I like that I can "get away" with eating more (at least 95% of it is healthy or almost healthy), I like my round belly as it shows the blessing that I've been given. My husband finds me sexier now than what he did six years ago on our wedding night (we were celebate). I'm actually disappointed that in my regular shirts and my stretchy skirts with regular skirts, I just look pudgy, and not pregnant.
Yes, continue to let her know that you still think she's attractive. There have been some good suggestions here and it's also good that maternity clothes today don't look frumpy, either. I have a maternity shirt that shows too much cleavage, so it's not appropriate for some situations, but my husband likes it, as I've not been prone to wearing low cut shirts prior to this. (The closest I've come is wearing padded pushup bras under tank tops under blouses in winter.) Although, I'm not sure about Victoria's Secret. I was not happy when I went to one in NYC in June. While I told the salesperson that I wanted front closure bras for nursing, I only got one to try on and I had the dangdest time trying to figure out how to open it to put in on, then trying to figure out how to put it on and close it. The bras were also horribly expensive as well. They have no maternity bras. I found a couple at Motherhood Maternity for less than the price of one of the VS ones. I digress.

Women whether pregnant or not go though stages of feeling unattractive.
Caress her- Find an intimacy spot....
Her feet, her lower back, back of her neck, her tummy….
Rub those areas gently (don’t massage, just caress) a kiss every now helps…
Tell her how much you adore her while caressing…
Pamper her with a surprise every now and then…..
Women tend to forget about intimacy. Men must remind women occasionally and bring them back to reality…. With the above advice…..

Compliment her all the time.
Take her out to a nice dinner.
Take her to a day spa, get a manicure or/and pedicure.
Buy her some jewelry or a nice outfit.
Take to the movies or something she really enjoys doing.
Good luck. All women go thruogh this for some amount of time. I did about 7 months.

It's all in the attitude...at least for me and my husband, it is. He doesn't have to do anything special when I'm feeling fat and unattractive. The way he looks at me and smiles at me and kisses and hugs me makes me feel 1,000 times better before he's even told me I'm beautiful. Of course, hearing it still helps. :)
Bring her out to dinner, massage her feet, tell her how beautiful she is. And it may sound weird, but tell her how thankful you are for everything she's going through to carry your child.
