I am trying to decide and where i live Barbizon and JRP are in the same buliding on the same street but in different suites. I can't tell the difference. HELP

SCAM SCAM SCAM
All they want is your money and they give you very little in return. They lie, they give you the hard sell... run away!

Just go to the websites for the big legitimate modeling agencies and they tell you right there what they want. The physical requirements, photos, open call information, etc.

There's tons more of course, but you'll get the idea.

Both of them are SCAMS. Do not give them your money. They are NOT Modeling Agencies.

If you want to model, you must be in New York City, where the professional modeling industry is located.

You do not need "modeling school" to be a model. JRB and such, are SCAMS. Stay away.

All you need is experience! Take composites, get a portfolio, and send it out to agencies, then you will get more work, and at a lesser cost too!

DO NOT EVER GO TO JOHN ROBERT POWERS! i tried it, and they only chose 3 people out of the 100 of people who tried out. i made it. but they asked for $3000 up front. THAT'S THE SIGN OF A SCAM! do not go to them!

I don't know from personal experience but everything I've ever heard about these two schools has been bad.

Neither - Please do not attend either. They are both scams.

Go to a legit agency. If you have the right stuff, send in a pic or go to one of their casting calls.
