I don't have too many "internet" friends. I have made a couple of them over the last week though, because work has been real slow. When I was younger (maybe 13-15?), I used to be in chat rooms every day after school. I had made a lot of internet friends back then. But it got old... You run out of things to talk about. Plus many of them were perverts.
