How do i change the defalt location of internet file download?

With Internet Explorer it should remember the last location you downloaded to and re-use that as long as that folder exists.

With Firefox go to Tools | Options ...
Select 'Main' at the top of the options dialog
Select the 'Save files to' option button and click the 'Browse...' button to select a place that you would like to use as your default location.

What browser are you using. Each browser has a little different path for the "Save" location.
