Depends on what it consists of--they are probably making extra money from you. You can buy for $25 a program from (Auslogics Speedboost) that will optimize your pc and own the program. Just do a web search for it--I have it, its a good program.

The second.
I hate when stores like that try to make even more money out of the overpriced stuff they sell. You shouldn't need any kind of service if the pc is new, all they will probably do is unistall all the useless software they installed in the first place.
I will recommend you to invest that money in more memory.
New computers are usually sold with enough memory just to run the OS and once you start installing your own stuff it will get really slow.
If your computer came with Windows XP it will probably have 512 MB of memory or if it has Windows Vista it will have 1GB.
If this applyes to you I strongly recommend adding memory.

It is something that is useful, but for the most part, it's a money grab. You can do everything that they will do and it will just cost you a couple hours of research.

they are greedy, you can optimize your computer for free, theyll probably just defrag your hard drive, clear viruses, use a registry cleaner and what not, all things you can do (just dont click on one of those registry cleaner ads) they might organize files, anyways, if you need more comprehensive advice on it just ask
