I'm not sure; 1 minute please, let me consult with the Greenpeace people.

Okay, they said to tell you: The world ain't green enough for the air to be refreshing - breathe in, breathe out, BUT use a mask.

I would say that is refreshing. It isn't saying don't do anything, it's just saying that if we take the time to breathe and live, then what does the rest really matter anyway?

If only we could all live our lives that way

Refreshing, my pet. It has become my motto for today. I need it after yesterday, which was less a day at the beach and more like circumventing land mines except for the one i stepped on.

Yes, being aware of breathing in and breathing out keeps one pretty close to 'home' and the simplicity of 'self'. That's where we started when we left mommy's womb. All these complications have been heaped on us like barnacles on an old ship! Thanks for this simple reminder. =0 <<

It's very refreshing, and I love it! I think we spend too much time worrying about the details and not enough time just living. Too much time planning leads to too little time being able to enjoy what you've planned. I think as you get older, you realize the truth in this so much more. Thanks!

1) to get another point of view of the world would be to fly to different countries and take the time to understand the culture and how they live. it totally changes your perspective on things. 2) yes, i have questioned my core beliefs up to the point where i get frustrated and hurt my brain. but in the end, i still have faith in what i believe in

Those "details" are you life.

You want another cute saying? Aim at nothing and you will surly hit the target.

Planning for your future is NOT the same as worrying. I want your mind on those "details".

It's a good reminder. We get so caught up in the stresses of daily life, forgetting that the urgencies of the moment will seem insignificant down the road. Thanks!
