I love Ireland and Chloe for a girl. I'm afaid if you named her Dylan, she'll spend a life time being mistaken for a boy.
I like all of your boy names. Gentry is very unique, where as James and Benjamin are much more traditional. Gentry, Dillion, and Benjamin would all sound great with James as the middle name.
Good luck!

Dylan is 100% masculine and I beg of you to not use it. A sweet little girl doesn't deserve that. Ireland is alright, though place names are somewhat tacky. Chloe is awfully popular. Laurissa is a bit trendy as well, but definitely your strongest choice.
Gentry is a surname to me and I don't like to see it as a first name. James is always a strong, classy choice -- the same goes for Benjamin. Dillion is fine for a boy, but I don't really love it.
Good luck!

For a girl I'd go with Ireland or Laurissa-both are really pretty names, and I've never met a girl with either of those names.
For a boy I'd have to say that I like Gentry the best.

Ireland and Gentry are a big no for me. They will have to explain it their entire lives! The other names are nice although Chloe is really trendy right now. I have four kids, two with trendy names (they ask me WHY did you name me the same name as half of my classmates!) and two with "regular" names. I would vote for classic names!
