a. No, don't aim. Just enjoy the gingerly stroll as you reach new levels but not obsessively so.
b. That's a noble goal, but would it be 100% fun?
c. go on a give it a try, what the heck, but it mayn't balance with "b"

I was just going up (I still do that, but I have slowed down).
never really cared much about percentage of BA.
lived with daily violations
