Oh, thanks for the answer Loving Heart, I guess I should have specified that I wanted to work outside of Canada (Korea, Taiwan, Japan) with my non-Canadian BA.

Depends weather the university's degree is recognized by education department of Canada for ESL teaching.OK.

Yes.

Some people even get jobs with fake degrees (I've personally known a few who have done it). However, it would be best if it's from a country that the ESL schools will like - for example, South Africa, Australia, USA, England etc.) If it's from Iraq, maybe they'd have a problem with it.
