She and I are the same size body except she is a bit thinner than I am. She wants her breasts enlarged to a C cup because she is in between sizes and has a hard time finding dresses and blouses that fit right, as well as finding a good-fitting bra even. I can empathize, we have always had a hard time finding clothes that fit us because we have very short torsos and wide hips. So I see her concern and how she feels that this would make parts of life easier for her. I've also heard that you can still breastfeed when you have implants, because she wants to have kids someday. She's done her research, but wants to know what I think as her sister. I'm not sure what to tell her, as I've always associated breast implants with a negative stigma. Should I tell her not to? Are there terrible risks? Or should I leave it up to her and say I don't have an opinion? I guess I just don't know enough about this kind of thing.

Well, honestly, it sounds like she's looking for your personal opinion, not your medical opinion. Thin about whether or not YOU would consider breast implants, and then why or why not. Give her some non-biased insight but let her know you'll support her either way (if you will). Honestly, if her only reason is to find shirts that fit right, I'd tell her not to do it - there are tailors for that :)

I'm a 23 year old female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and actually got her to lower her original asking price, so that was great! I wore the system for 6 months, almost everyday for maybe 30-45 minutes each time. I ended up gaining an entire cup size, which for me, was seriously an answer to my prayers! I've ALWAYS wanted a bigger chest, and I finally got it. I'm satisfied! I guess I wouldnt mind going slightly bigger, but I'm a small girl, so it might look odd. Anyways, I really think anyone should give it a go...it's cheaper than the real Brava and better and safer than surgery! And now, since I got such good results, I'm a seller of these machines as well...hence the name. :o) You should give it a try before you risk your life with surgery or creams, etc.

Tell her it is up to HER and not someone else, as she would be getting the added weight to her chest, as well as all the risks and good and bad things about it.

If she really wants your opinion, well, you are against it as you put implants with a negative.

She ought to go out to Sears or JCPenney or Nordstroms and get sized, as 80% of us are in the wrong size bra.

Breast augmentation surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

wow its like your describing my exact situation. im a twin too and my sis wants to get them done, size C. Shes alittle thinner then me and have exact body type, and i tell her if she wants them then get them, its really her choice if it is what will make her happy. my only problem with it is once she decides to do it, i will feel obligated to do it, so we stay twins!! Just tell her how you feel, i also have a negative look on them but i know my sister better than anyone and if she really wants them to make her happy then i say to her..il be there for her every step of the way! if your sis is like mine then your opinion will mean more than anyone elses, so keep that in mind when telling her what you think. try to be open minded for her sake.

If she decides to do then you should be supportive of her, but if it isn't necessary for her to do it or if she is trying to impress someone then tell her that it is unnessary and try to talk her out of it.
