shock, surprised, angry that I lost money to my BF on a stupid dumba** bet that Vince was dead. Still in shock and why would he kill his wife and child. When he has 2 other children who need a father and they don't have one.

I had just come back from an awesome time swimming and skateboarding with my son and I thought I'd pop on RAW for a couple of seconds. Then I saw John Cena appear very upset and I thought to myself "Man, he's *really* selling this Vince McMahon death angle!" Then he starts describing someone and I'm connecting the dots, telling my son that he was decribing Chris Benoitt. I had a feeling he was retiring or something, then it hit me. The net confirmed my fear that he too had passed and the news just got more terrible from there. So many memories of a guy that I share the same age with. One clear one was around 1995 when me and a buddy were talking long distance while we both watched Monday Nitro. Chris came on the the tv and we both froze, easily 1000 miles away from each other and watched this man in awe, the same way a true fan appreciates greatness in stunned silence.

He was that good.

I found out Benoit was dead yeaterday afternoon on WWE.com, but I thought it was another joke because it wasn't on any news website. Then when I Benoit's picture then I just stopped everything and just watched on shock. Especially when Vince McMahon was on the show. I couldn't believe he fessed up about everything, but I'm glad he did. Right now I'm shocked. I pray the rumors about him killing his family is false.
R.I.P Chris, Nancy, Daniel Benoit

I was shocked even for tears. The man gave it every day in that ring. He was only 40. My god that's too young. And to have these speculations ruins the good image of one of the greatest wrestlers.

Well I wasn't on the internet much yesterday so I didn't know about it. I was like, Oh my God, Oh my God, and I got teary eyed. So I got on the internet, and hung out with you guys during the Raw show. But now I have lost my respect, but indeed I was shocked.

My first thought, another young wrestler has died. I wonder what happened to him. It was really sad when I heard that his wife and 7 year old son, too, were dead. I couldn't believe it.

I could not believe it.

You expect to see a fake tribute, but instead see a real final tribute to one of the greats.
