You know, sleeping with a married man is dumb, but forgivable....sleeping with a guy who has a history of domestic violence...could cost you your life, your kids life. I just don't get it. The red flags were there. Why subject a child to a man who has a history of violence? If you love your kids, why?

The worst part of any situation is not who is right or wrong. Or who has self esteem & who does not. Adults have problems for various reasons.
The worst part are the CHILDREN born out of these horrific situations. They begin life in a bad place without parents. No one knows the damage that this has done to ALL the children involved.
If I had ONE wish it would be that there could be a way to control how people are able to have children. You would NOT just go out & reproduce like a rabbit.....AND giving it about that much thought.

Most choices like that are based in fear. He is not currently, and in fact fears he won't EVER be sexually satisfied by his current wife because their relationship is probably stagnant. From his desire for sex, and a fear he either won't get any or it's old and he's tired of it, he has sex with a 'new' woman. The woman probably let herself get pregnant, also out of a fear that she wouldn't be able to get a guy on her own merits - entrap the guy with a child. Two people, both acting from fears, getting together, having a child born from fear. If they would just openly say their thoughts outloud, and be honest first with self then others, it could pave the way toward possible healing within each of them. They guy could heal with wife, renew their relationship, and the lady could find enough value in herself to get a guy on her own merits because she's worth it.

I agree. I don't see why she was with him to begin with knowing he is cheating. Why would she allow herself to be lied to, be the other women, hurt not only herslef but this mans wife whom she probably doesn't even know? What makes it okay to cheat period? Where have morals gone? Why is it accepted and put up with? I can't understand anyone cheating. Even if you are seperated, there is still that contract of marriage until the courts finalize a divorce, so you are still legally married. I hate how married men drop their seeds carelessly while married women are willing to except them and make them reproduce. And vise a versa.

that is his business and not yours! maybe she makes him happy and looks like sophia Loren! go find your own man and leave him alone. Oh come on hypocrites! The woman is elder so what? Men take a younger woman all the time with a wink wink, so why can't a healthy elder lady have her young adult guy that helps her and makes her happy? Plus she can't get pregnant and experienced in bed!

Some people are just so lonely they don't use good judgment. I agree they seem to have a low self-esteem. These women are looking in the wrong places for any kind of love and later in life they will regret what they did. But I hope they will always realize how wonderful the child is even if it was created at a low point in a persons life.

what would possess a married man to father a child with a woman other than his wife? It works both ways when it comes to common sense and good judgement

I agree with you completely. She also suffers from a lack of morality, no one should date/have sex with married people.
