does lycra or spandex shrink? my bathing suit is 80%lycra and 20% spandex....will the bottoms shrink? ...how can i shrink them? thanks for the help.

lycra shrinks but spandex doesn't. u can shrink them by putting them in the washer but hand dry it.i hope this works!

No they don't shirnk because spandex and Lycra are made to streatch out not shirnk. If you want to shrink them I think when its still wet put it in the dryer. I am just guessing if they are going to shrink

eat a couple of cheeseburger meals everyday for a couple of weeks that'll shrink your suit
