My neighbor's cat acts like he owns us and our house, but I correct his attitude and save our songbirds with a good cold blast of water from the hose. One of these days I am going to compost that damn cat. The birds will probably sing my praises for that. Or not.

When I had just one cat, she owned me. Now, many years later, I have several and they're outside and they depend on me so I guess I own them.
