My Lebanese friends call me 'amboora' all the time.
When I ask them what it means, they jiggle.

u probably mean 'ammoora'
its a nice thing.
ameera means Princess
ammoora is extracted from the word ameera
so when we say it we mean by it good girl, sweet, cute nice, good all nice things.
