He weighs 4.002602 g/mole

4.56 moles = 4.56 moles * 4.0026 g/mole = 18.25 g

so the answer is the second from the top

The others have answered your question with numbers, but haven't come right out and told you where the numbers come from, so I'll do it.

Multiply the number of moles by the molecular weight, which you can of course get from the periodic table.
