Oden, because a Center like him only comes around once every 10 years.

Greg Oden...here are why:
> Kevin Durant's strength issues build a cloud of doubt for the Blazers.
> A center with potential to be dominant and clearly has talent and understanding of the game is like gems in the NBA. Rare.
> 3/4 of the people in Portland wants Oden. I think that would count as a big factor as to why Portland would pick him.

It will be Oden, but should be Durant. The Blazers picked up a center who will be really good last year in Aldridge. Pair him with Randolph at the 4 and Durant at the 3, and you got a good team.
Unless they trade Randolph and try to do a twin towers, they wasted a #2 draft pick last year...

greg oden. because franchise changing big men come around only every once in a blue moon these days.. he has the chance to ba another shaq with more tenacity or at least a patrick ewing type player that terrorizes opponents on defense.. im not taking anything away from durant but players like him come around more often than a center with skills.
need i expound? i will. try checking the center to small forward ratio and youll see there are abundant of durant-like players out there, but rarely an oden-like player.

ODEN! Blazers would be crazy to pass on a seven footer like Oden. A forward like Durant can be found more easily than a center like Oden. You can't teach hieght.
