Okay I work 40 + hours a week and then come home and do all the house work and take care of our dog. By the time I'm done, I don't have much energy left!!! The first thing I want to do when I get home from work at 10:30pm is sleep, not have sex! How do you find that energy/motivation? Thanks!

Figure out some things that turn you on and have them readily available! I have recently discovered that flipping through Playboy, Maxim, or even the sex articles in Cosmo with my boyfriend seems to be motivation to try whatever tips they're giving! We also have a few adult movies that seem to do the trick.. but not the cheesy ones from the 80s!

I assume you have a partner waiting in bed? Obviously you need mental motivation,such as a new man! Has the relationship gotten stale. Do you recall how ready you were at the start and what happened to the sex along the way? Unfortunately humans need new sex partners to get them going, that's the reason why cheating is so common. Fact of life. If you are not married, split and move on. It is not going to get any better!

Talk to your significant other. Tell him that if he would help around the house then you wouldn't be so tired and he'd get lucky. You can also try setting a date night on the weekends where you just spend time together and forget about the house (I wouldn't completely forget about the dog!).

Fantasy and daydreams work wonders. If you have spare moments during the day, think about how wonderful the sex can be, how nice it is to be held by someone you love and care about. If you like -- interesting sex -- think about that. Then, mention it to your partner and have them surprise you with it sometime. Worked for me!
