Here are a few suggestions:
Dr, Hy lands teething tablets{ these worked wonders for my kids and you can find them at local drug stores and walmart}
Baby oragel{ I just get the night time formula because the daytime wears off to fast
Get a wash cloth damp and put it in the freezer for a few minutes and then let her have it to chew on.
Of course their are teething rings but my kids never liked those much.
Of coarse if the pain gets really bad then give tylenol.

When my daughter started teething and was in pain I would give her the infant tylenol. I tried various teethers but at that age she like to chew on my finger mostly - I did try freezing a washcloth and letting her chew on that and that did help a little.

That is impossible to happen teething at 3 months old. Well you just have to offer your baby a cold teether to numb the gums.

My daughter started at the same time. I gave her oral gel, cold teething rings, and if it was really bad, infant tylenol.
