i really like billy joel. some of the lyrics are just so damn good and you have to imagine he wrote some of them while smirking. "i'd rather laugh with the sinners then cry with the saints, the sinners are much more fun" damn straight, sir.

Billy Joel is amazing. Almost all his songs are hits, his music is so good! It will last forever.

He was a fine singer/songwriter in his time. I liked his early stuff, didn't care for most of his pop songs. But he was a decent performer and, like it or not, had quite an influence on modern music throughout the 70's, 80's and 90's.

I like him. He has many really good songs. My favorite is from The Stranger album..."Just The Way You Are"
